The Club’s coaching staff will work under the supervision of Lead Coaches who are ECB qualified and are members of the ECB Coaches Association. Club Coaches and team managers will complete a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, and will attend a Good Practice and Child Protection course. All coaches will have a first aid qualification.
All Club members who have regular contact with children will also be asked to undergo a CRB check.
